Congratulations Frost Watch! The 10 person raiding team of Akipa, Crishauna, Gryphin, Hezzakan, Hoofstrap, Junpa, Satotems, Silassin, Uhura, and Witherstep dropped the Lich King on their second attempt Tuesday! The fight that began on July 5th has come to a successful close! Congrats to the Lich King Death Squad!

After one shotting the Lower Spire, Festergut and Rotface, the 25 person raid tackled Blood Princes and after wiping once, took down the trio of malevolent heirs to the throne!

Our 10 person raid continued to progress on the second night of raiding, dropping Sindragosa for the first time! This leaves just the Lich King sitting atop Icecrown Citadel for Frost Watch to kill!

After one shotting the Lower Spire, and then one shotting Festergut, it seemed we had the right raid makeup to finally drop Rotface. After one false attempt, Rotface was indeed dispatched!

After clearing the Lower Spire regularly to help gear up, and with Wrynn’s buff reaching 20%, we finally reached the point where our 25 person raid DPS was adequate to kill Festergut! The night went very well, as we one shot the Lower Spire. After one false start on Festergut, we dropped Stinky’s owner for the first time. There was enough time left for 4 attempts on Rotface, but unfortunately, we failed to control the oozes adequately, getting him to ~15% health on our best try

Congratulations Frost Watch! After killing Blood Princes, the Icecrown Citadel 10 person raid team advanced to face the Blood Queen and were able to drop her on the third try. Afterward, the team enjoyed several attempts on Sindragosa, the best taking her to ~25% health. The team is poised to kill her this week, leaving only the Lich King to overcome!

After killing Putricide the night before, we entered a clean dungeon last night and not only repeated our kills of the Professor and his two sons but we were able to catch and release Dreamwalker Valithria for the first time on just the second attempt! The value of returning the same team to the instance is paying off with advancement to new bosses in Icecrown Citadel!

Our third week of twice a week 10 person raiding in Icecrown Citadel has begun to pay off as Frost Watch dropped the disgusting Professor Putricide for the first time Monday night. Following the celebration, there was enough time to enter the Frostwing Hall, killing Sister Svalna and encountering Valithrea Dreamwalker for the first time. On our best effort, we were able to heal Valithrea up to 75% health.

We returned to 25 man raiding in Icecrown Citadel Thursday night, and after picking up some support from SASU, we were able to start pulling at 6:15. The night went very well, as we one shot the Lower Spire concluding with our first kill of Deathbringer Saurfang. Afterward, we had enough time to clear to Festergut for a couple of attempts on Stinky’s owner.

Tuesday night, short sign ups to field two 10 person teams, we put together a single strong team and sent them off to Icecrown Citadel to see if they could advance. The team quickly stormed the Citadel, one-shotting Lord Marrowgar, Lady Deathwhisper, sinking Orgrim’s Hammer and dispatching Deathbringer Saurfang. The team tackled the Blood Princes for the first time and after steadily progressing each attempt, dropped the Blood Princes for the first time.
